The aim of the project is to give a fresh air to the city in order to attract more visitors;
The total rehabilitated area is of 45410 Sq m public spaces, from which 6640 Sq m green areas.
It is included the retrofit of the City Hall Building, Center School, roads, parking places, walkways, historical monuments, new water fountains, new public furniture and modern landscaping.
